 BUTTER GHEE (pronounced GUI) is the name for Indian butter, also known as clarified butter, gourmet butter, butter oil or BUTTER OIL. Our Ghee is made with premium quality salt-free butter, made from the milk of pasture-raised cows and free of antibiotics.
 GHEE is a traditional source of lipids in Indian food and has a unique flavor. It is clarified butter free of all milky residues and moisture, so it takes longer to lose its freshness and shelf life.
 Ghee has a smooth and delicate flavor and occupies a prominent position in Indian and world cuisine, it is a healthier and easily absorbed fat, being nowadays an indispensable ingredient in the kitchen for the preparation of various dishes and fried foods.
 
 Ghee is also widely used as a carrier oil in medicinal formulas for various Ayurvedic therapies.

 WAYS TO USE:
 Used as a substitute for butter and vegetable oils in cooking. It can be used in the preparation of vegetables, soups, roasts, sauces, veggie feijoada, popcorn, fried foods,  breads, cakes, sweets and more.

 It can also be used to prepare BULLETPROOF COFFEE.
 This GHEE is also widely used by therapists and Yoga practitioners to massage the body.

 1 year from date of manufacture.
 
 CONSERVATION: 
 keep to  temperature  environment, in a cool place away from sunlight.
 Once opened,  consume  preferably  within 90 days. It's not necessary  of refrigeration. 

 If the product is exposed to heat above 35°C, there may be separation of faeces or melting, without compromising its quality.
 No longer creamy at temperatures below 12°C.
